Today, a major update has been released for Mobiography Magazine. This update will provide a more stable and faster platform and will enable cross device and operating system access. It should also address (once and for all) the access issues some readers have been experiencing over the course of the last 6-12 months.

What do I need to do?

If you have the Mobiography app installed, you will firstly need to update the app to the latest version. After that, open the app and you should be good to go.

How to restore your subscription and purchase history

If you are a subscriber or have previously purchased issues of Mobiography but find that you are being asked to purchase those issues again, then you will need to restore your purchase history. To do this follow these steps.

First, open the Mobiography app, then tap ‘Options’ at the bottom of the screen, then tap Restore Purchases and follow the prompts to retrieve your purchases.

If multiple restore options apply to you, e.g. you made purchases on online or another platform and on your device’s App Store please follow each applicable ‘restore’ route.

If the above does not work, other reasons could be that your subscription may simply have expired.

I have previously purchased a Bundle Pack from the old Mobiography App but the new app won’t give me access.

It has not been possible to migrate the bundle pack issues from the old version of the Mobiography app to the new version.

If you have previously purchased a bundle pack issue follow these steps.

1. Create a Pocketmags account. You can do this in the app.
2. Email [email protected] and attach a screenshot of the purchase receipt from iTunes or Google Play along with the email address that you registered with Pocketmags.

Mobiography will then arrange for access to be assigned to the bundle pack issues through your Pocketmags account
